The tiny hamlet of La Thuile de Ste Foy dates
back to the 11th C and has retained much of
the tradition of the Savoyard region.
The pace of life here is restrained and unhurried;
locals love to  stop and chat. Absorb a little
patrimoine and patois.

Deer graze nearby as the dusk settles; eagles patrol
the couloirs on warm updrafts.

Life is full of choices – and here in the Tarantaise there
is a summer program to suite all tastes. From full on
adrenalin challenges to simply snoozing with a good book.
